Telecom Sales Support Specialist

We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Sales Support Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide essential support to our sales team, ensuring smooth and efficient sales operations. This role involves preparing quotes, managing proposals, and maintaining customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities
- Quoting and Proposals: Prepare and deliver accurate and timely quotes and proposals based on customer requirements.
- Order Processing: Manage and process sales orders, ensuring all details are accurate and complete.
- Customer Support: Provide support to customers throughout the sales process, addressing inquiries and resolving issues.
- Documentation: Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, sales activities, and quote statuses within the customer relationship management (CRM) system.
- Process Improvement: Identify and implement process improvements to enhance sales efficiency.
- Systems Management: Maintain and enhance systems (CRM, Sales platforms, & GIS tools) to align business process improvements, improve efficiency, and data availability.
- Collaboration: Work closely with sales representatives, engineers, and other departments to ensure smooth sales operations.
- Product Knowledge: Stay informed about the latest telecom products and services to assist customers effectively.
- Sales Reporting: Generate and analyze sales reports to track performance and identify trends.
- Training: Provide training and support to new sales team members on tools and processes.
- Quoting and Proposals: Prepare and deliver accurate and timely quotes and proposals based on customer requirements.

Qualifications
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Attention to detail and accuracy.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
- Experience in a sales support or customer service role, preferably in the telecommunications industry.
